All orders are dealt with swiftly, if your item(s) are in stock we aim to send your order out within 3 days (taking into account weekends) and endeavour to send most items within 24 hours. For orders which are out of stock, or low stock levels we will contact you and keep you informed.
Inevitably there are sometimes slight delays, in which case we endevour to keep you informed every step of the way!
Please let us know if you have a tight deadline as we may be able to send it out via a faster service at an extra cost. If you have any questions, please email us - you will always recieve a personal reply

Costs
We currently charge a flat rate of £2.99 for orders to UK Mainland, however if you are only ordering one small article, please note some of these are priced at £1.50. Send us an email or give us a ring beforehand for a revised postage cost, if this lower charge applies.
Postage to zones A and B is a flat rate of £2.99. If you live in zones C, D or E please contact us for a delivery quote however it's likely to be £4.95
