We are a small independent business - with high standards. Through personal experience we know it can be frustrating buying off the internet, with levels of sevice varying massively from shop to shop. It is our policy to treat our internet customers with as much respect as if they were in store with us. We will always keep you informed of the progress of your order and any problems we encounter. How to order.

You can now order securely online - we use Paypal to administer your payment. It is quick, easy and totally secure and is the fastest growing way to pay securely online.

If you do not want to use this method you can either email us your order (do not email credit card details - we will phone you to get the details when your items are ready for posting), post it using our order form with a cheque or give us a ring! Telephone us directly on 0191 2537711 9:30 - 4:30 Mon - Sat. If you get the answer machine, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All orders will be dealt with swiftly - we aim to have your order with you within 4 working days - many being dispatched within hours of ordering - and delivered next day! Inevitably there are sometimes slight delays - we endevour to keep you informed every step of the way!. please let us know if you have a tight deadline and we will make extra sure you recieve your order in good time. if you have any questions - please email us - you will always receive a personal reply.

* please note that all payments must clear before your order can be sent. We will inform you if there are likely to be any delays.

We will dispatch stickers immediately by airmail - international sign for and they will be delivered within 5 working days in Europe and 8 working days for the rest of the world. If you do not receive your stickers by this time, please contact us for a tracking number.

Postage and Packing Costs

If you are only ordering one small article, please give us a ring for revised postage cost - we appriciate that you do not want to pay £4.95 if only orders one small lightweight item. We will not rip you off!!

Please contact us for delivery charges to highlands and Northern Ireland and outside the UK.

Returns policy

If you need to make a change to an online order, please telephone us immediately and we will do our best to oblige.

If any items you receive are faulty a full refund will be given on return of the product within 4 weeks. (we are more flexible for after-Christmas returns).

If you change your mind after receiving the product, we will consider a refund on the return of the product at your cost. Please telephone or email us to discuss before returning the item

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will only use the information you send us to process your order, and for our own in-house web site evaluations.

We will never disclose any of the information you give us to any third party.
